APPOINTMENT POLICY‼️

- We kindly ask all clients to arrive at the shop at least 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment time.
If a client arrives more than 5 minutes late, the appointment may be automatically cancelled. However, you are welcome to wait and be served by the Walk-In Barber, subject to availability.

- We appreciate your understanding, as we operate on a tight schedule with 30-minute back-to-back appointments. A delay with one client can affect all subsequent bookings. If you need to cancel an appointment, please call at least 1 hour in advance.

- No-Show Policy: A €10 fee applies for missed appointments.
This must be settled before booking your next appointment.
